Job Type: Full Time
Education: B. Sc. Chemistry. Preference will be given to BTech/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or MSc Chemistry.

A. Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for meeting Sales Targets in the assigned territory from existing as well as new customers, ensuring timely fulfillment of Customer Orders, coordinating Technical Trials, and maintaining an ongoing healthy relationship with Customers to sustain & enhance high Customer Satisfaction levels. The position is also responsible for the timely collection of payments from Customers.
B. Primary Tasks & Activities:
1. Customer / Order Acquisition
• Seeking new customers from external sources including references from existing customers.
• Building an order pipeline to meet/exceed planned revenue targets.
• Acquiring orders from customers & communicating the same to CRM for timely fulfillment.
• Co-ordinating New Projects:
o Obtaining complete information about the Clients’ requirements and communicating the same to R & D Executive.
o Working with Clients & R & D executives to promptly resolve issues and obtain Customer approval.
2. Order Fulfilment
• Following up with the CRM team for order fulfillment.
• Monitoring the order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery & invoicing.
3. Receivable Management
• Coordinating delivery of invoices to Customers.
• Following up with Customers for timely payment of receivables.
4. Customer Engagement
• Conducting Daily Sales Visits / Calls to maintain constant contact with Customers and understand their requirements, expectations & concerns.
• Review teammates are conducting Daily Sales Visits / Calls to maintain constant contact with Customers and understand their requirements, expectations & concerns.
